Very, very nice, cozy , clean place with excellent costumer service and facilities. Real mineral water into the pools and jacuzzi . good value for the money you spend... Highly recommended... GO FOR IT... 🙂 …
The whole infrastructure needs serious maintenance. The room was with almost broken front door, the bath is in really bad condition and it wasn't clean at all. The outdoor pools were with mold inside, dirty water and need maintenance because there are a lot of missing tiles. Did I mentione that the water was cold? There is a kid playground but it is not maintained at all and it is almost impossible to use it because of the half meter grass. The breakfast was poor and not very tasty. The beds were not comfortable and we didn't stay the second night because of them. Won't come again. Ever.
Ok place for a weekend escape without having big expectations. However, in late May external pools were not only operational but also one was like a swamp. In addition, pool sharf were left open. I was envisioning my kids falling in the shaft... As a consequence internal pool/spa was overcrowded and it's rather small anyway. On the positive note water is mineral just like in Hisarya. Staff was friendly and helpful. We booked an apartment which was well furnished and decorated in IKEA like style. In addition, it was spacious and in general ok but some repairs needed. Restaurant is rather mediocre, breakfast is poor. Besides, pool, ska, one can ride bike and horse, also visit nearby Bulgarian oil rose field and earn some money ;) or just enjoy the aroma. All in all, good place but nothing special or something to keep getting back for.
Food is kinda nice, condos too, there is a big swimming pool, 2 outdoor jacuzzis and 2 indoor jacuzzis. There are few attractions around. Nice place to go if you are on low budget. TV also offered.
Perfect place for relax in the nature and silence! Recommend!
PROS:
I like very much this tourist village with houses and hotel. It is located in the foot of the mountain with very nice view. The pools are with different temperatures and clean enough for children. I definitely will recommend this place to friends.
CONS:
I think the staff was not enough people, so had to wait in the restaurant to be served.
I love it here! I actually ended up buying an apartment in the complex. I love how well maintained are the grounds and I totally enjoy the water facilities. I also enjoy the area a lot. It is now my favorite place to come for rest and even work (I work remotely).
We visited this place today as a family trip and absolutely loved it .The pools are very clean water temperature perfect and the stuf were really kind and helpful .can't wait to go back thre superb 👌 …
Beautiful spot surrounded by mountains in the hot mineral spring region. The resort has several pools, all with different temperature and healthy minerals. There is an outside bar and a restaurant. Ideal for children. Recently renovated, enough shadow places but no trees. The only downside is the people that work there...I have been coming there for three years and the best thing to do is bringing your own food and drinks. Except for a skinny dark haired found woman, the people at the restaurant and outside bar are very unfriendly and act like they hate there job or are tired from a long busy season, even though the season hasn't started yet (and the place is never crowded). Apart from that, a highly recommended place.
